Our rental tanks were developed with a patented system that is efficient and environmentally friendly. The many applications of the Rental Tanks include a Floc tank for clear water drilling, a dewatering tank, a premix tank, a holding tank, shearing & heating polymers, and mixing lost circulation material.

     The Tank System is one tank 6’ X ll.5’ X 40’ divided into 4 compartments. The 6” pump sits in the bottom of the 4th compartment which supplies fluid to a 6” mudroll. There are two guns in each compartment for stirring. The centrifuge suction line has bridge gates so you can draw fluidized solids from any compartment. The hopper is plumbed into the 6” mudroll.

° A steam coil in one 20M³ compartment to heat polymers

               One 3W4P 30 amp 460 volts
               One 4W4P 30 amp 208 volts
° Dump gates in all compartments
° Easier to strip mud, can start with less volume using one compartment
